"Helena and Mark were referred to my sister and I by a friend of my family. Our objective was to sell my Mother's neglected house, which was not in great condition at the time of our Mother's passing. Despite all of the flaws with the house, they assured us that they would be able to sell it for a good price. My sister and I were invited to meet at their office to learn more about their company and to discuss strategy for selling my Mother's home. During this meeting, it became clear that Mark and Helena were both very technologically savvy and I could see that they were on the cutting edge of how to market and present the house for sale. They also showed us comparative homes on the market at that time to give us an idea of the value of the home we were selling. Rather than present the house solely as a tear down project for a contractor, they presented the house as a place with solid structure and great potential for renovation for buyers who were willing to put some time and effort into turning the home a beautiful place as it once was years ago.
Immediately after hiring them, Mark took beautiful aerial photographs of the house at the peak of the fall season capturing the natural beauty surrounding the house. The listing was worded perfectly to attract buyers. The house had a lot of interest from day one of being listed and they showed the house to many potential buyers during the first week and after only 4 days on the market, we were told about 4 offers. We were able to choose the best offer and enter into contract within a couple of days. They were always available via phone, email or text to answer any questions or concerns. If we could not reach them at first, they would respond as soon as they were able which never exceeded 90 minutes of time. My sister and both lived out of state and had few contacts in the area. Mark and Helena worked with us to put us in touch with their contacts (i.e. people who could lift heavy items, pull up carpeting, leaf blowing and snow removal) to hire to assist us with cleaning out the house. Both Helena and Mark went above beyond their jobs as realtors and helped us whenever they could.
The house was put on the market in late October and the closing took place in early February, which was a very quick turnaround. I would highly recommend Helena and Mark as realtors for any challenging or straightforward situation.

"It is a pleasure for us to write a few words about our experience in selling our home in Teaneck. It was all made possible by Helena and Mark without whom we would probably still be showing our house to prospective buyers. Their marketing strategy worked for us. We had a large turn of the century house and it was difficult to tell how much we should do. We contacted Helena and Mark seven months before we put the house on the market and received a lot of valuable advice in preparing the house for sale. The first time we met, they spent more than two hours going through our house, from the attic to the cellar to the garage. They took a lot of time to examine every detail with a professional eye, so that they could advise us on what to do, and what not to do.
